Today, we are lifting the veil on these little tracked robots that have roamed our workshop for 2 years: Furious, a project to provide autonomy in defense robotics, carried out in partnership with, among others, SAFRAN, the DGA and the SME Effidence.
Robots with very specific roles and skills:
Equipped with autonomous navigation, the objective of which is “to reduce the heaviness of the tasks that the fighter must perform to maneuver his robot” *
or the collection of information and the removal of doubts with, for example, actions of crossing stairs and opening doors. Actions not least necessary, still at the stage of experiments.
